I’m glad to see things are moving in the right direction here. What a horrible thing to have to go through. I’m helping spread the word where I can. I posted on my blog about this. Best of luck in finding the bad guys!

I found this story out by another art community. What a horrible thing to have happen and I am glad you are close in finding out who did this. All the best of luck!

I’m a Hong Kong resident an I feel bad and angry when I have read this case.
The company is sure a non-registered company, since I found that the tel/fax NO. , the address and the ISBN of the company’s publications are totally fake.

First, none of the H.K. registered company has the tel/fax no. start with 8, instead of 2 or 3(please exclude the country calling code 852). Secondly, form the website of Chinachem Johnston Plaza, the company in fact doesn’t existed in the entire building. http://www.ccjohnstonplaza.com/index.php?option=com_kiosk&Itemid=28 (just click the “category by Floor”, then you can see the information of business establishments) By the way, I can’t find the publications of the company existed in H.K. Public Library and the local multiple book stores.

The following links are websites of Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department and Hong Kong Reprographic Rights Licensing Society (HKRRLS):

You can report your case to the above organization. Hope this can help you.
